Welcome to the 2025 Colombian Cup Mixed Wrestling Tournament.

Experienced mixed wrestler Vanesa (5’8″, 146 lbs) enters her first tournament and faces off against David (6’1″, 210 pounds) in the first fight for Division B in the tournament. David beat Vanesa the last time they faced off in a close match, so Vanesa has the revenge factor in play.

Vanesa has been working out her legs, and specifically her thighs, a lot since their last match. She has put on a few pounds of muscle, which is almost all in her legs. She will need to take advantage of her starting headscissor holds in the two rounds if she plans to get the upset over David in this bout.

About the 2025 Colombian Cup:

This is a 16 person mixed wrestling tournament. There are 4 divisions, each division has 4 people. Everyone will fight everyone in their division for a total of 3 preliminary fights. The top two finishers in each division will move onto the single elimination bracket.

Each match will have two 4-minute rounds.

In matches where the man has a substantial size advantage, they will begin each round in a scissorhold by the woman.

Points can be scored for round domination (1 or 2 points), 10-second schoolgirl pin (1 point), submisssion (3 points), end of round bodyscissors or shoulder pin (1 point), or end of round headscissors, schoolgirl pin, or rear naked choke and bodyscissor combo (2 points).

The fighter with the most points at the end of the second round will be declared the winner.
