Complaints Policy
If you have a complaint pertaining to this website, the products offered, or anything related to this business, please email the complaint to [email protected] and enter "Complaint" in the subject line of the email.

All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days upon the sent date of the email.
The process of review for any complaint will be as follows:
- Customer Support team will review the complaint immediately. If they are able to fix the issue themselves they will proceed with doing so.
- If the complaint is more serious in nature, it will be expedited to the management team where they will take swift action to rectify the situation.
- Upon addressing the complaint issue, an email will be sent to the address that sent the complaint detailing how the complaint has been resolved (if warranted) or if the complaint is not warranted.

If you wish to have content that you appear in removed, please email [email protected] and enter "Remove" in the subject line.
Provide your information (Name, Email, link to where you are seeing yourself) in the body of the email.
Review Procedure:
- Upon receiving your email, we will immediately remove all content that you appear in.
- We will then begin our investigation as to how you ended up in the content.
- If you did not give your consent to appear in the content, the content will be removed and deleted permanently.
- If there is a disagreement about the outcome of the investigation, we will allow a third party to resolve the issue.
